Our Shipping Policy is honest and straightforward:

We offer Free Shipping for all our products - no matter what quantity, and without any minimum-purchase requirements!

Free Shipping - Tornado High-Performance Blender

Your order will be processed Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm PST. We only offer products that we actually have in stock, so if you find it - we do have it. If you place your order before 5pm, it will be processed the same day. All orders placed after 5pm will be processed on the morning of the following business day.

You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. The delivery time-frame varies, as it depends on your location.

Below, you may check the transit-times that UPS is estimating according to your delivery address (all our packages are shipped from Las Vegas, Nevada).

We ship small to medium sized packages with USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Advantage or UPS Ground.

Larger quantities or large products (this includes our TORNADO blender) will be shipped with UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery or USPS Ground Advantage.

We do not offer international shipping at this point. Should you have any special requests, please feel free to contact us at any time. We will be happy to work something out for you.

All our friends in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and on our Military Bases, please note the following information:

All orders that can be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail will ship for free - just like all orders to the 48 contiguous United States.

Orders that would normally be shipped via ground services like USPS Ground Parcel Select or UPS Ground (this includes our TORNADO Blender) are exempt from free shipping, due to the fact that these orders would need to be shipped via Air Mail, which is much much more expensive.

However, we would love to give you the opportunity to order from us - so we offer you the following option:

Please contact us and tell us what you would like to order and where you would like it shipped. We will calculate the actual shipping cost to your location, and then you may decide whether you would like to place an order or not. To show our commitment to all of you in these beautiful areas, we will give you $25 towards those additional shipping costs!

I have wanted a really good quality blender, soomthie moaker, nut butter blender but witches cost, I wanted a good investment. I just happened to stumble across the Tornado. It wasn't as expensive as the Blendtex, Ninga, Vita Mixer, for the quality, AND! It's American made. It works great, so I'm very happy I waited and kept looking to finally buy.
